Kirsten Schmidtke is a professional coach, creator, and lover of lake life. She lives in Toronto and spends her summers at her heart-home on Lake of the Woods.
Kirsten’s professional journey began when she embarked on a career in technology sales. Her success has been built on developing deep trusted relationships, solving complex business problems, and being a leader amongst her teammates. During her time in corporate, Kirsten has learned how to navigate decision making, prepare for difficult conversations, and build self awareness to strengthen her confidence - all of which she brings to her coaching practice.
Kirsten’s creative spirit was first expressed through dance and led her to join jewelry brand Klas squared in partnership with her mom. In true entrepreneur fashion, Kirsten guided the company’s digital transformation by wearing many hats including fashion styling, digital marketing, and becoming the face of the brand. Kirsten currently consults and coaches Klas squared on operations and business strategy.
After spending years mentoring people at various stages of their career, one thing became clear: everyone is seeking balance and prosperity in their personal and professional lives but aren’t sure how to get there.
