How To Get Yourself Unstuck & Move Your Life Forward

Let’s be clear: being clear matters.

After all, don’t you want more of what you want in your life? Stay with me.

When you have clarity on what you want, you can start to move towards where you want to go. When you show up unsure and uncertain, you fall flat and wonder why you’re still stuck.

Showing up with clarity creates momentum.

It gets us out of the loop of “I don’t know where to start” and into the wheel of “where do I go next?”.

Our vision for ourselves can often get cluttered with expectations, judgment, and guilt. This leads to confusion when we are met with the realization that a career, a relationship, a financial situation, etc. is not what we wanted for ourselves. Too often, it leads us to add another item to the to-do list which increases levels of stress rather than fulfillment.

So, what if there was a different way?

What if instead of adding something new to the list, you could try a different approach.

Think about it: do you always go into a new week, a new month, a new year, the same way? Hoping for something better but ending up with the same result?

Is it possible that you are unaware of what you want?
Start by asking yourself: what do I want?
Then ask: what do I really want?

Let the answer come from the inside out, with love, kindness, and compassion.

Keep going.
Dive deeper.
Get specific.

We’ve all heard the saying: “be careful what you wish for…”.

Specificity leads to clarity.

The more specific you are, the better prepared you will be to step away from what you don’t want and towards what you do want.

Being clear is empowering. It creates alignment between our actions and behaviours, and sets them in motion. It creates momentum allowing us to catch the next wave and the next, bringing us closer and closer to the result we want for ourselves.

You not only begin to engage in actions that propel you forward in harmony with your intention, but also you experience the taking of dominion within your own consciousness, which results in inner and outer cooperation.”
- Mary R. Hulnick & H. Ronald Hulnick

The empowerment and momentum we feel from finding clarity allows us to know where to focus our time and attention. Where we focus, we create.

Where focus goes, energy flows. And where energy flows, whatever you’re focusing on grows.”
- Tony Robbins

When we know where we’re headed, we can invite others to join us along the way. Whether it be your coach, mentor, manager, partner, or friend, a clear intention allows you to better communicate to your team, your support system. As the law of attraction states: like attracts like. When we communicate clearly to others, we receive a clear response in return.

Clarity demonstrates commitment.

It inspires others to rise to the occasion and meet you where you are.

Knowing what you want isn’t selfish, it benefits all.

When we are clear on what we want for ourselves, we can’t help but positively affect those around us.

So, let’s rise together, let’s lift each other up, let’s clear the path for what we want and what’s to come.
